Acceptance
By using the OhmNote app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Licence
You may use OhmNote for personal and professional electronics work. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app, or use its data to build a competing database, except as permitted by law.
Engineering disclaimer
OhmNote is a calculation aid. Its outputs are design starting points, not guarantees. Real components deviate from theory, datasheets vary, and tubes differ 10–20% between samples. Always verify with measurement before relying on a result.
Valve and mains circuits involve lethal voltages. You are responsible for working safely, discharging capacitors, and complying with local electrical regulations. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from use of the app.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Feedback
If you send feedback or feature requests, you grant us the right to use them to improve the product without obligation or compensation.
